tomographic, optical, railway purpose, etc.
Such functionality is in demand by NDT laboratories for the control
of welded joints, fitting pipe, various metal structures
and composite materials.

TOMOGRAPHIC 1.1

FLAW DETECTOR GENERAL PURPOSE

Realizes the ultrasonic flaw detector whole functions set and allows:
to determine the presence of flaws such as discontinuity and uniformity
of materials, semi-finished products, finished products, welded joints;
measurement the depths of occurrence of flaws and their coordinates;
materials thickness measurement and the ultrasonic waves
propagationspeed measurement in them.

TOMOGRAPHIC 1.2

EMAT (and Ultrasound)
THICKNESS METER

Intended for thickness measurement of the plane-parallel objects: the resonance method
for thickness from 0.2 to 1 mm, the correlation method for thicknesses
from 1 to 60 mm, the pulse method for thicknesses from 10 to 4800 mm.

TOMOGRAPHIC 1.3

PROBES CONDITIONING  (DGS DIAGRAM)

Allows to measure of main characteristics of the probes
by  standard test  block: delay
in the prism, angle-beam on steel, forming of DGS diagrams.
TOMOGRAPHIC 1.3 also determines the ultrasonic waves speed
in samples, allows the use of probes from different manufacturers
and take into account their individual characteristics and the degree.

TOMOGRAPHIC 4.1

EDDY-CURRENT FLAW DETECTOR

Identifies flaws such as fatigue cracks on the surface of parts
from non-magnetic and ferromagnetic alloys. Eddy current transducer
VTP-2-02, VTP-2-02U, VTP-4-02, VTP-1C-02  pencil-type provides operation
in the frequency range 1-10 MHz. Tomographic 4.1 provides testing of flat
and curved surfaces with a radius of positive and negative curvature up to 20 mm.

TOMOGRAPHIC 3.2

ACOUSTIC TENSOMETER

Monitoring of the tightening forces of detachable connections with metals studs
or bolts of steels, aluminum, titanium and other alloys - diameter from 12 mm.
The acoustic tensometer measures the tightening force with an accuracy of ± 2%,
whereas the torque wrench can give ± 20% at best. It is widely used in oil and gas,
machine-building, aerospace, energy and other industries.

TOMOGRAPHIC 5.1

FLASH PLAYER

Designed to play directly on the device of training videos of various testing techniques implemented
in the device. The educational clip allows in a visual form to present the features
and advantages of one or another technique, as well as simplify the process
of learning to work with a program that implements a specific testing technique.
