Description

Wizard Blendoscopes comprise essential units and modules designed for the diagnostics and maintenance of engine parts and gas turbine unit blades. The system enables removal of nicks, burrs and notches in hard-to-reach places, flaw detection using capillary and eddy-current methods, and visual-measuring control with dimensional templates.

The basis of the blendoscope is a long cannula with an instrument at the end and a built-in technical borescope. The head at the end of the tube is tiltable — when inserting and removing the blendoscope, the head straightens with the tool. A wide range of models of various diameters and lengths provides solutions for most tasks. The completeness of the system is determined by the customer.

The Milling Module is designed for mechanical processing of dents, burrs and serrations in hard-to-reach areas. The Capillary Module performs brightness, color and fluorescent inspection using penetrant substances. The optional Eddy-Current Module conducts NDT of aviation engines and industrial turbine equipment across a frequency range from 5 MHz.
